As the Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Philately, Andrew had the honour of co-hosting this year's Annual Royal Mail Christmas Reception in Parliament. The event featured the Royal Mail Vocal Choir singing well known Christmas carols.
Royal Mail also produced personalised Smilers® stamps at the event, with donations going to the Royal Mail Charity of the Year, the Stroke Association.
Following the event, Andrew commented:
'Royal Mail is a great British institution which we all rely upon daily. The work that they do, particularly during this festive season, is vital for communication and commerce, and they deserve to be hailed for their efficiency and dedication.
'This was a thoroughly successful event, with a fantastic choir singing moving renditions of the Christmas carols we all know and love, and it was a pleasure to host.'
