Today, Andrew Rosindell M.P. had the privilege of hosting The Rt Hon. Robert Jenrick M.P., one of the contenders for the Conservative Party Leadership Election.
Addressing local Conservative Party members from the steps of Margaret Thatcher House, Mr. Jenrick delivered a passionate speech outlining his vision for the future of Britain. He unveiled a portrait of His Majesty the King, which will be displayed prominently in the building, as well as a photograph of Margaret Thatcher and Andrew Rosindell when she re-opened the building following an arson attack.
Andrew had the following to say:
"It was a pleasure to host Robert Jenrick in Romford on Sunday, on what would have been Margaret Thatcher’s 99th birthday, to address the people of my constituency from the steps of Margaret Thatcher House! Robert’s commitment to taking Britain out of the ECHR; deporting illegal migrants; restoring Parliament’s primacy through the repeal of a range of Blairite legislation; building homes that reflect our heritage; and acknowledging that Romford is a proud Essex town demonstrates exactly the kind of leadership people in Havering have been yearning for! Robert is what the Conservative Party needs to rebuild, unite, and win at the next General Election. All Conservative Party members should back Robert in this leadership election to guarantee Britain’s escape from the grasp of this dreadful, failing socialist government!"
