Today, Andrew Rosindell M.P. attended an anti-ULEZ rally on Roneo Corner alongside many local residents.
On X, formerly Twitter, Andrew championed the event stating that:
The people of Havering are fed up with this Labour Mayor and the damage he’s doing. We need change in ‘City Hall’.
Speaking to the Havering Daily, Andrew asserted:
[I don't] want Havering to be greater London, what is right for Hackney or Westminister is not right for Havering. We should be running our own decisions and not have a Mayor in City Hall dictating to us. We have an anti car Mayor and an anti car authority who are not looking after the interests of people in Havering.
The sounds of car horns echoed across Roneo Corner, answering calls to 'honk for freedom.' The people of Romford certainly were making themselves heard!
The demonstration received enthusiastic backing from passing vehicles, with bus drivers honking and expressing their solidarity with the protest.
It is now imperative that we lend our votes to Susan Hall A.M. and get Khan out.
