Earlier today, Andrew Rosindell M.P., oversaw the Romford and District Scout's annual St. George's Day parade, in his capacity as Member of Parliament for the area.
Boasting hundreds of scounts marching through Collier Row, it was fantastic to see so many young people get involved with such a magnificent institution which has shaped our youth for several generations.
